Megan Mahon – Principal

Valued for her practical and client-focused advice, Megan has extensive experience acting for property developers, purchasers, vendors, government agencies, financiers, leading corporates, landlords and tenants with respect to commercial negotiations, business acquisitions and structuring, development projects, sales and purchases, leasing, building contracts, land divisions and community titles. Appropriate structuring should have well documented succession planning for both your business and personal assets and Megan is able to assist clients with this important process as well.

Megan is a Past President of the Queensland Law Society and a former Executive Director of the Law Council of Australia.

Megan’s contribution to the Legal Profession and support of fellow professionals was recognised when she was awarded the WLAQ 2009 Woman Lawyer of the Year and in her appointments as a Notary Public and Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.

Tamara enjoys the client relationships that are forged by working in a specialised legal practice.

Teora Bombek – Solicitor

Teora was admitted to the legal profession in 2013 in Victoria where she focused on the area of criminal law before coming to her senses, moving back to Queensland and commencing her commercial career. Don't be fooled by her young-ish age; with several years pre-admission experience added to her post-admission practice in property and commercial law, Teora will be able to assist you in a wide range of matters including shareholder agreements, commercial leasing, company documents, franchising, PPSR, business sales, acquisitions and Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) applications.

Unlike her 'better' colleagues, in her spare time she likes to geek out on all things pop-culture, torment her dog with cuddles, and enrich her friends with what she thinks are 'important' facts (like did you know that a barcode scanner scans the white spaces of a barcode, not the black). She also thinks space is pretty cool and would like Australia to have a space program.

Hayley Fuhrman-Luck – Property Conveyancer

With over 10 years of conveyancing experience, Hayley is here to help with your next property transaction so that it is as smooth and stress free as possible. With a friendly and caring approach to her work, Hayley provides her clients with a dependable service and understands the importance of keeping clients informed at every stage of their matter.

Hayley has a Diploma of Paralegal Studies and is a Justice of the Peace. Being a young mum, Hayley’s spare time is lovingly devoted to her family.
